PHASE 1
Research & Concept
Based on market research and user interviews, we have determined that sports cards collectors have a few key addressable pain points
1. Determining what an individual card is
2. How much an individual card is worth
3. Digitally sharing their favorite cards and collections with friends
4. Buying/selling cards with confidence
Our aim was to create a user-friendly digital service that would allow collectors to showcase their cards online while also tracking their value.
To digitize the world of sports card collecting.
Who are we designing for?
While these personas provided a solid foundation for our initial design, we recognized the need to expand and refine our understanding of our user base.
