I was lucky to hire Roque to lead design at a seed-stage consumer app startup. He singlehandedly consistently produced iOS, Android, and web UX Figma designs for us to ship each week, alongside all the brand assets not only for the app but also the company and associated websites. We pivoted twice, and in just a couple weeks he created an entirely new brand and visual identity for the new direction. He's a unique talent, extremely detailed and yet also rapid and flexible for the startup environment. His skills know no bounds: he's a video editor, photographer, and artist.
